LIVT is a private membership-based program where members enter Program (the “Program”). The Program provides its members with access to private flights operated by an aircraft operator that holds an air carrier certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration under the Federal Aviation Regulations (the “Operator”). In arranging flights for the Member, Manager acts as the agent for the Member to contract on demand transportation with the Operator, but the Manager itself is not a certificated air carrier. All information shared be LIVT via electronic mail is proprietary information that LIVT alone shall own all rights too, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights of its Membership Program.
